Refund & Cancellation Policy

Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by Node Logic L.L.C-FZ ("The Company") to its clients worldwide. It should be read together with our Terms of Service and any executed engagement agreement. By engaging The Company, the Client acknowledges and accepts the terms set out below.

1. Custom Services — Non-Refundable

Custom software development, AI workflow automation, system integration, and consultancy services delivered by The Company are bespoke in nature. Accordingly:

  • Fees associated with milestones already completed, code already delivered, or work already performed are strictly non-refundable.
  • Pre-paid amounts allocated to milestones not yet commenced may be credited against future work or, at The Company's discretion, refunded net of costs and resources already committed.
  • Discovery, scoping, and advisory work delivered prior to project execution is considered a completed deliverable and is non-refundable.

2. Software Publishing, Subscriptions, and Licenses

Subscriptions, licenses, and access to ready-made software products published by The Company are governed by the specific terms of the applicable End-User License Agreement ("EULA") or subscription terms. Refund eligibility, renewal terms, and termination rights for such products are determined exclusively by those terms.

3. Cancellations

All project cancellations must be submitted in writing to legal@node-logic.com in accordance with the notice provisions set out in the engagement agreement and our Terms of Service (which provide for a sixty (60) day notice period unless otherwise agreed).

The Client shall remain responsible for:

  • All fees, expenses, and third-party costs incurred up to and including the end of the notice period.
  • Resources, licenses, and infrastructure already committed by The Company in reliance on the engagement.
  • Any non-cancellable obligations entered into by The Company on the Client's behalf.

4. Remediation

Where deliverables do not meet the acceptance criteria expressly defined in the engagement agreement, The Company will, as the Client's sole and exclusive remedy, remediate the affected deliverable at no additional cost within a reasonable, mutually agreed window. Remediation precedes any refund discussion.

5. Dispute Resolution

The Company aims to resolve all billing discrepancies and refund claims through good-faith discussions within thirty (30) days of receiving a written claim. Claims must be sent to legal@node-logic.com and include the relevant invoice references and supporting information.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through good-faith discussion, the matter shall be subject to the governing law and jurisdiction provisions of our Terms of Service, namely the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.

6. Processing of Approved Refunds

Where a refund has been formally approved in writing by The Company's Management, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within fourteen (14) business days of approval. Processing times beyond our control, including those of banking and payment gateway intermediaries, may apply.

7. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time. The most recent version will always be published at node-logic.com/legal/refund.
